Frosty the Snow Dolphin, Yes, Dolphin

The snow we got a week and a half ago was a perfect opportunity to build something. Now, I discovered long ago that it was always more fun to build a whale, or a T-Rex in the sand instead of a castle. Naturally i would feel the same about snow-people. Although our crazy haired snowman from last year was fun, this year I talked Gabriel into something else, we made a snow dolphin with waves and everything. I did forget to take a picture before he melted. Oops, just use your imagination:)

A snow Angel...
My snow angel:)

Quilts, Quilts, Quilts

One thing that I started working on long ago, just after Brian died, were some quilts for his family. It was hard at first, cutting up shirts and pants that I had so many fond memories of him in and was told to put them away for awhile. I did and I am so glad that I did, however, I figured it was about time to finish them and be done.

I am so happy with the way they turned out, the first two pictures to, are the one I gave to Pauline.

This one was for Erv and Debbie. The center is a from a pair of hunting overalls of Brian's.

Pitter Patter of a little Pippin

Yes, I am still alive. The Holidays were crazy and fatigue was overwhelming for me. Yes, I am PREGNANT!! WE are super excited! Gabe wants a little brother and wants to name him "Banana Head". He says that if it is a girl he wants to name her.." Banana Head". Silly boy.

I am just over three months and the current due date is July 21st.
Christmas was great, it was a week long affair and I got a Cricut!! Thanks to everybody! saved up money and Christmas money made it possible. I'm super excited!
Hope all of yours were good. Love you all!
